The second outcome to my end of university year 3 self-initiated work. Consisting of general use protest stickers and packing for the stickers.
The packaging design consisting of a screen printed shiny metal effect by mixing white and grey paint to give off a metallic/ reflective effect with the phrase “stick it to em” across the flap of the packaging, this being both a general instruction and a clever form of word play on the packaging being for stickers. Each envelope including a variety of the stickers included in its design as to create diversity and a feeling of uniqueness across the many envelopes.
The stickers themselves only being designed with two consistencies in mind, the colour and the font, but the layout and designs could vary as much as was seen fit. This was to create variety in the designs but keep them feeling as part of the same set. I wanted these to be general use protest stickers as to not limit their use to just one kind of protest and the messages included can then be interpreted in different ways.
